I ordered this item in early December and once the process was complete, I was given an expected delivery date of 13-17 December. Never arrived. No message from vendor. On December 21st I emailed Customer Service to find out what the holdup was. No response. On December 22nd I emailed again and finally received a response. Apparently, the product was damaged during shipment from their vendor to them. No more in stock. Sorry. This is extremely disappointing. 3 days before Christmas and now you finally tell me after I had to reach out and make contact. Very unprofessional. A week later I received an email from the owner of the company asking me to please change my feedback rating of 1 star because she didn't want to get penalized by Amazon. Really? Oh and 20% of my next purchase. Sorry your wife didn't get her gift. Unreal. Stay away from this company.None available for four months? By bakhar
Tried to make a purchase of this item 11/19/11 and was told two weeks later (by Amazon not the vendor) to follow up with my purchase request. After following up with the vendor I was told they would have none available until 4/3/12.. Not a satisfactory turnaround time and I had to follow up myself.Looks exactly like the picture! It looks great and has plenty of room.
Very soft lining inside and there's a ton of rooms for rings.
Plenty of room to hang necklaces on the sides, but can be a little short for longer chains.
