I bought this ring holder as a Valentine's gift for my wife. She said she liked it but she would say that no matter what I gave her. It's hard to figure out what women really like. However, I have seen her put her rings on this device when she goes to work in the garden. We live on a ranch and she also uses it when she assists me in rough work. Since she uses it I figure she really does like it. This ring holder is shaped like a heart. I have no idea what a nambe is.Attractive, functional, and surprisingly sturdy By Amanda B.
I bought this after I got engaged and my fiance kept getting nervous when I would leave my ring on the bathroom counter. It does the job nicely. The glass is thicker than I expected based on the photo, so it feels quite sturdy, and it has plenty of room for several pairs of earrings or other jewelry. I will say that when you look at it from the side as opposed to from the top, it only looks like a heart from the angle shown in the photo, so if the heart shape is important to you, know that this isn't knock-you-over-the-head heart shaped. Needed something to hold the new engagement ring; this does the job well. Always know where it will be at home. It's surprisingly weighty, which is really nice; less likely to push it around or knock it over.
The internal area is also handy for earnings and bracelets as well. Would not recommend necklaces, too easy to get tangled.
