Unfortunately in this case, the seller, Amlong Crystal gets stuck with have to accept using the supplier's advertising info, which fails to mention that this "crystal" is reconstituted "crystal" (at best), which would smashed crystal, melted and re-shaped, which is QUITE different from true crystal.
It's actually very hard to verify if it's even that, and not glass, and since the supplier name given is "murano art glass".
Amlong Crystal is a very conscientious seller and has included information about it being reconstituted "crystal", but the way Amazon has things structured, it isn't seen by the buyer right up front. I have no complaints about this seller at all, and the recipient of this ball as a gift ended up being very happy with it after spending a day or two with it and "feeling" it out.
Overall, it is a pretty "rose quartz" color, and is without flaws, etc. I just think the supplier ought to be more honest, and not stick the seller with its questionable ways of dealing its products.

I bought this crystal ball as a photography tool. I've used it a couple times & I'm pretty happy with the results. It gets dusty pretty quickly, but I can easily shine it up! The ball came with a crystal stand & a nice case. Also, it came on time & was packaged very well - not a chance of it cracking/breaking. I would recommend this to other photographers looking to take unique shots.Not sure about the Rose Quartz... By BETRL8THANEVER
Its a great little sphere but while some may like the clear rose quartz I thought it would be more of a true
stone...I still like it though if only for what it represents to me. Remember to not put your crystals in direct
sun as they can cause fires.
