I bought this for my ten year old niece for Christmas. She absolutely loved it! It definitely has a "childish" look to it and the bottom piece is a little bit thin - but it looked solid enough to hold up. I was surprised how big it was, too - it will hold a lot of jewelry. I was disappointed with this product. I think that the holes are too big or something, because the earrings do not stay in their little spaces. The earring backs cannot be put on tightly. They are too loose and bounce around, coming off easily. And, the body of it does not screw ino the base properly. It keeps falling over. I have not decided if I am going to return this product or no.
